i heard the song "closing time" by Semisonic the other day, i havent heard it in years....its kickass. it really brings back some memories from the 90s too.
some other songs i remember are
chumbawumba- i get knocked down
bush- glycerine
third eye blind- jumper
smash mouth - all star
smashing pumpkins- bullet with butterfly wings
who else remembers kickass 90s songs??

Just a few off the top of my head. Anybody who really likes music really needs to get a Satellite radio, I have had XM for a year now, and it's been money well spent.

Kurt Cobain isn't even close to being the best guitarist, but he was a man consumed, who could write powerful, high-energy songs. They weren't technically innovative, but I can't think of many bands who rocked harder.

It was his lyrics that were amazing. The music wasn't super technical, but they were catchy.
