now if under the circumstances i sumhow convinced my parents to go on vacation to amsterdam, and wile i was their, i got completley stoned out of my mind, came back, and failed my drug test, would my probation officer be able to do anything about it if i had proof that i was in amsterdam, and my levels agreed with that?:rasta:

You still violated the conditions of probation regardless of where in the world you were. Foreign travel doesn't provide an exemption to failing your test.

I tend to disagree...provided that the terms of your probation permit you to travel outside the jurisdiction, and that you were not ordered to avoid drug use. If the terms are only that you abide by the law, you should be ok.
