Well it's not overfeeding, so we can rule that out.
Have you been giving them fert.? If not, that is a major deficiency. If you haven't been giving them food, they NEED it or it will continue and eventually kill your entire plant.
If it's in veg. right now, which it looks like it is, it needs some high in Nitrogen (N-P-K). There are 3 numbers on a container of fert., so any fert you get, make sure the first number, the N, is the highest number. Avoid Miracle Grow food as it isn't formulated for resin producing plants.
Your plant could also be rootbound. It looks like iut's in a really small pot. Transplant if root bound, and before you put into a new pot, take a butter knife and slice through all the roots. That cuts the bound roots and gives room for new root tips to develop.
Give us more info. on your feeding times for that plant and maybe we can help you out a little better. :)

Any other fert out there is better than MG. I mean, MG will work, but will not give the plant all the supplements it really needs to produce worthy smoke.
Just keep the numbers close to what the plant needs during the stage it's in.
For example, for vegging, I use Fish Emulsion (organic) that is 5-1-1, so just find numbers for the vegg stage that have a high N number (N-P-K)
For flowering, choose something like 10-15-10, or 15-30-15, something along those lines.
Just avoid MG, it does more damage than good.

Thanks for responding folks, :) I will try and give you a few more details of what i am doing.
1) For a start this is a Northen Light plant (furthest i have managed to grow one:( )
2) It only goes like this when it is in cupboard
3) I am giving it 10 hours of light a day
4) I feed it at the begining of its light cycle with 5ml Bio-Grow 8.0-2.0-6.0 for normal growth and 5ml Bio-Grow 2.0-6.0-3.5 for flowering in a liter of warm water. Not long started the flowering one as it started to Bud. I was told by the place i got it that this was the best for the plants....going by the numbers Nochowderforyou gives ( For example, for vegging, I use Fish Emulsion (organic) that is 5-1-1, so just find numbers for the vegg stage that have a high N number (N-P-K)
For flowering, choose something like 10-15-10, or 15-30-15, something along those lines.) I have been told fibs lol.
I will try a larger pot and see if that helps out. I think opening the roots a bit may be the problem as i just transplanted it without disturbing the roots last time so they might be stuck in the old pot size. Thanks for the tips so far, any further advice with the info i have just given would be great. Cheers doods.:D

:o Well i have re potted my plant, Now it was not restricted to the pot size it was in, i did not free up the roots when i re potted (last twice :o ) and the root ball was restricting itself to the size of the first pot. I have freed up the roots and gave it a larger pot, hopefully it does not die now lol.
Just in case of death i have planted a new seed to grow beside it.

If it only gets like that when in the cupboard maybe its a co2 deficiency? I dont know as I am not a grower, but that just seems like a logical conclusion to me.

I did think that, but not too sure how to give it more. I will see if it improves any with the changes i have done. If not i will have to look into the co2. Cheers dood.

hey babe, .02 about mg...
not trying to start a fight chowder... but i've grown out doors for several years, used nothing but mg ferts, all the way through...excellent results.
mg has like a hndred different kinds of nutes. it can be confusing. for veg i use an all purpose plant food for vegetables (24-8-16) and my four week old plants look like 10 week old plants. helpful for a fast veg.
for outdoor flower, i've used mg all purpose, 15-30-15. always had good yeilds, and decent quality. thhis used to be the only flower ferts i used...
the important thing with mg is to get the kind with no trace elements. these are the kinds formulated for vegetable gardens. works great:)
however, as i havent found anything as good as mg for veg, i have recently switched my flower nutes. i'm now using green lights super bloom. great stuff; i add a tbs of sugar per gallon to help metabolize.
mg is not bad as people make it out to be... if you don't believe me, try it! i still use mg for veg, can't find n e thing better.
for flower, i recomend super bloom over mg. realy helps to blow those buds up:)
well, sorry for preaching guys,
love, kp:p

and stay away from mg soil. wayyyy too much time released. when its time to harvest, your plants are still getting high n no matter how much you flush:(

Thanks folks, I thought at first the light was too close because it started to go yellow so i moved it away (250W sodium Halide). I eventually took it out of my cupboard and just let it go with natural light. It has stopped growing now and started to bud. I put it back in cupboard to see if that would help the buds more. This plant is my test run to work out the bugs as i have not grown my own before. I do not have fans set up nor do i have co2 in cupboard. I have since the photos re potted and found the roots to be bound to the small pot size from before as i forgot to free the root ball before re potting :o I will be moving cupboards soon and will be fixing up the new one slightly better.
I tried mg once and for some reason it killed everything i fed it to lol. I water the plant every second day or so if it needs it but do not let it dry out. the soil usually damp to touch.
Keep the help comming folk as i am taking note of all comments and am learning all the time. Thanks again.

Im not experienced but looks like Ndef to me+ over watering+rootbound.
Use a 5-10L pot straight off with some pearlite/vermiculte added to mix this will avoid root problem. I am currently on my first grow and using BioBizz nutes and canna pk13/14 which seem good so far. I havent tried any other nutes yet so i cant compare.

Wow. Cmon dude. What happens if you put a trash bag on your head? You can't BREATHE and you die! What happens when you put a plant in a cupboard with no air? IT DIES.

agreed. if ur gonna use a cupboard make sure you have some sort of ventilation system setup (i put a vent at the bottom of my door and put a fan to bring air from the outside in and at the top another vent for air to escape, also make sure your in the right temp range
