Has anyone had this promblem? I've had this issue for the last three harvest and it seems to be effecting scent not so much potency. Can this effect taste&smell? Any info would be appreciated
Thanks

Who cares about scent and taste...mildew is extremely bad for you if smoked or eaten. It can cause many health problems including bad lung or stomach infections. Do your buds have the mildew on them or is it just leaves? Do you have good ventillation? Low temps? Airflow around the plants?

I use a product called Mildew Cure by SaferGro. Its 100% certified organic and can be used fairly late into the flowering. It smells like garlic. It works wonders and usually erradicates the problem after 2 sprays (95% of the time for me). You can also use Neem oil or Einstein Oil, but its not nearly as effective and its a little harder on the plant.

i have a sulfur vaporizer which was a little pricey but speciallizes in powdery mildew. it also kills off pest and is organic so its worth the money.

You can get a thermometer with humidity readout at wal-mart for $6. No excuses!!!
Drop your humidity down to the 30-40% range and you will never see that shit again.
You are going to want a nice dehumidifier for that. Sometimes the tried-and-true ways of preventing mold are a little more expensive than a bottle of spray.
