How my resin boiling went

I'm happy with the results, its alot better than I could have done scraping with a pin or needle as I'm used to doing sadly. I just put the coffee filter in a normal spahgetti strainer and it worked fine... I burned at least 2 grams in here and it was dank to for my area here in MN so I'll let you know how it smokes :D

lol i just boiled my peices today... i got me a half a bowl of resin out of it, not much has been smoked in 'em, i've started actually using my last bits of shake and keif to pick up al the resin, so the last bowl is the most powerful, may not be the best tasting, but gets me high as hell i'll tell you that much...

anyways i didn't do it with my last bowl of actual weed cuz my wife wanted to smoke with me and she's very particular.... so i ended up boiling, got enough to get me good 'n high, i had higher hopes, but oh well...

This boiling method I've done a few times, but for my pieces I've found more economical ways to get the resin.

theres always a massive build up inside the cone, and 'peeling' it off with a small but sharp knife is alot easier, quicker and less messy than boiling.

for my pipe (the thing the cones sticks onto), i just pull it out of the bong, block up one end with the now clean cone, stick it inside a fan heater and let it incraese in temperature for about 5-10 minutes. this softens the resin. after picking up the extremely hot pipe with a tea towel horizontally, i bring it over to my tray and then turn in vertical. some dry crumbly resin should fall out. Then tap it a few times onto the tray and clumps and clumps of resin should just start falling out everytime you slam it down.

Roll that shit into a ball and smoke it like you need it.

last night I scrapped a little outta it jus to ensure my destruction... I ended up getting smoked up tonight which is bomb but if I ever got it caked up again, but my metal piece is soo easy to use.
