this happened to me last night and it was so amazing i thought i would share.
I picked my buddy up last night and he asked if i would go buy him a black and mild cause he dont have ID, and i went in the store and asked for a black and mild and they asked for ID and i gave it to them, and they fuckin tunred it down! my real fuckin ID got turned down, and the cops came all over a black and mild and i had a real fuckin ID. how the hell do some people get that stupid, its unreal

Ya..my alot of my friends had fake IDs in high school that they got made for them. They cost like $150 and were exactly like real IDs. They even worked when they were scanned. So you have a bunch of 17-18 years olds buying out the liquor stores and the bars around here all the time.

Oh, and when I was 16, my friend would scan everyone's driver's permit (paper) and edit the date...and that NEVER failed once.

People allllwaaays stare at my ID for a long time. I have had people ask me my birthday..and fuckin scan it..and enter it in their system and shit. I have even had someone look at my ID and then another person looked at it too. Maybe because I look young.
Anyway, people use real IDs as fake IDs all the time, and sometimes it can be amazing how close someones fake ID can look to them. I believe it can happen most definitly, if you don't look like your ID picture they can easily think its not your ID.
Sucks dude, I keep waiting for that to happen to me.

I walk into the packie, I buy vodka, I don't get carded.
I go to the car, put the vodka in the car, realize I forgot a bag of ice.
I go back into the store, pick up a bag of ice, go to the checkout.
The clerk that JUST rang me up for the liquor won't sell me the bag of ice because I don't have my ID!

Yeah, I always get nervous when I show my real ID when buying a cigar or something. They squint their eyes so much and try checking it really hard to see if it's fake. But that was with my high school ID cause high schools make crummy ID's, I got a NY state ID and had no problems, but they still squint their eyes checking the date of birth.

Some stores are really fucking stupid, indeed.
I went to this store owned by the dumbest group of Arabs I have ever witnessed. I tried to buy a cigar and only had my college ID but it didnt have the DOB on it so they didn't let me buy a cigar (i kinda figured that college students would automatically be labeled as 18+ but and again, ive met some 17 yr old college freshmans), so I said "Sigh.. you want me to just bring another ID that has my DOB on it?" and they said ok so I went back to my dorm (only 2 blocks away) and got my ID and came back to the store, I slapped my new ID on the counter with a confident smile and check this- the guy looks at me like wtf and asked me what it is I want.
HE FORGOT WHO THE FUCK I WAS!
I was gone for less than 10 minutes and he forgot who the hell I was! I'm damn sure not many people came to the store either in order for them to lose track of customers.
The guy totally forgot who I was, so I asked "remember? I wanted that cigar but my ID wasn't good enough so here I am with my new ID with the DOB on it!" and he still looks at me like a dumbass. He looked at my ID and checked the name and still couldn't remember.
Their math was really fucking bad too. Even after looking at the ID, they pointed to the -you must be born on 1988 to buy tobacco- sign (this was last year, was 19 at the time). They couldn't seem to tell that 1987 is a year before 1988. He even had to ask his coworkers for help. What a fuckin loser!
That store had the dumbest workers I have ever confronted.

My friend is a local there and he said 'oh those guys will NEVER rememeber you.. ever.' and coming from a local who goes there a lot and the workers cant even remember some of their best customers?

Dmo18, fuck that store and just go to a new one, some stores are just really fucking retarded.
