Extractor Fans..

Could anyone recommend a decent extractor fan set up for a room roughly 12' x 11' ? There would be approx. 30ish plants in the room once set up. Any help is most appreciated !!

any type of centrifugal fan with 300CFM or more should do you fine. Pricey, but with a room that big you don't want to be left without proper ventilation.

yes, good airflow is a must. if you can, have 1 blowing into & another sucking out of the room. and an oscillating fan moving the air around in the room as well :)

I'd probably do 4 or 6 400's in a room that size, like maybe 1 per plant. It depends on how much you want to grow, how much electricity you want to use, etc.

We gonna be greedy n try grow as much as we can lol, electric aint really a prob, just the smell n gettin it all just right. It's gonna be our first grow, so tryin to get as much info as possible on extractors, lights( thjnking oif using 2 x 1000w instead? ) , nutrients( god that's confusin!!). Feel like i'm bein a pain askin all kinds of questions but you guys have got the knowledge and experience..

we went out to a hydroponics warehouse to pick n price everything up, was a fun afternoon, can't wait now to set the room up ;)

not doin total hydropinics, doin the biobizz soil way lol, but i did see the drip system in action today and i wanna small set up, for maybe 2 plants, just to play really cos it looks fun !!
Oh the shop is in warrington, its a second shop this guy is opening, his main shop is in preston, quite decent prices really !

aw thats sweet tripleback, what strain have u got, we got northern lights n a few unknown bagseeds. The place is at the back of bank quay railway station. :)

I got sensi seeds 'sensi skunk'. It's not as strong as northern lights but i think it's one of the easier ones to grow :thumbsup:

Room has been set up about 3 weeks now roly mo, got 10 x skunk no 1 and 4 x lowryder#2 growin, also got a pack of skunk haze germinating as i type this . The lowryders have just started to show pistils which had made me a happy lass, just wish the skunk no 1's would grow a bit quicker, guess i'm too impatient !
