Ott-Lights???

Has anyone ever tried using an ott-natural light supplement-bulb? I bought one and cant seem to find very much information out on them...

I got an ott also and replaced it with two 100 watt equivalent cfls. They were a hell of a lot cheaper. Couldn't find anything on how many lumens the ott gives out, etc. Even their website doesn't say a whole lot about them. The glow is really subdued. Makes you wonder if there's anything to them. Only good thing is that they give out little heat. I used it to veg along with a 100 watt cfl for about a week before switching to the two cfls. The three plants I have are currently under a 150 HPS with the two 100 watt clfs as added side lighting. Everything is going about as good as can be expected. Should have them harvested by mid Dec.

The glow is VERY subdued... It almost seems like a wasted socket. By the box, the light seemed GREAT!
