more ph problems

The tap water here is high and lately it has been extremely high and I don't know if it's because the city is treating the water with alot of chemicals because of the recent rains we have been having. Anyway I have to add sometimes more than a tablespoon of ph down. Is that much ph down bad for my plants? They do look pretty awful, yellow leaves, but the buds look great. This is only my second crop so I am pretty new to this. Thanks for your help.

with my experience with indoor hydro, i have always had yellow leaves on the bottom, but it has never messed with the buds, PH is more important than not adjusting it in line 6.8 - 7.0

then adjust the pH to 5.5-5.8,then on the next nute change flush out the medium before you add fresh nutrient with pH adjusted water about 6.5-7.0 for about a day,if you're using a ebb-flow system,then dump the reservoir and add the fresh solution,an extra bubble wand or stones and a stronger air pump will help a lot also....bonbon

someone once told me it was anti flocculants in the dams.
