Lowering light cycle

Ive been lowering my light cycle, im working towards 12 and im on 13. however ive been doing it an hour a night, is this ok?

yes, i9 woul think so but ive not tried it, i just switched mine pretty much straight down from 18hrs and they were ok.

nahhh, just go from 18 directly to 12 .. it's the change in photoperiod that triggers the plant's response to the 'shortening grow season' ... tells the plant to prepare for reproduction, winter is coming ! ... it's the plant's defense mechanism ... :smokin:
