i failed a post-accident test@work on 10/24/06. the name of the test was SAP-10 by quest labs. I'm a newbie on here so bear with me because i can't type. Thanks.:confused:

covered by teamsters contract but they say zero tolerance so i'm fired on the phone and by registered letter.

Is there anyway you can file an appeal and retake the test? That's what I'd try to do.

I went in there yesterday and tried to beg but to no avail.I told them i was willing 2 be randomed 4 three to six months.

Man that really bites... it is really tough getting in to a teamster local... WTF were U thinking when U pissed in that cup??? I wud of denied the test and took my chances knowing my test wud bedirty...

Only way I see now is to contest the lab results...

NO they are actually supporting me because I go to work and do my job.If I hadn't got hurt my employer would never have caught me.;)

It's good Prairie Farms is supporting you, good employees are hard to find.
I see your other post that you load and don't drive so, that should hopefully give you some leeway. If you were a driver, I wouldn't think ya had much luck. They, Prairie Farms, are concerned about being sued for an accident....you understand that right?
Maybe offer to sign or fill out forms that you won't sue them. You were only dirty for mj right?

Anytime u have to leave the premises 4 medical care due 2 work injury.If u refuse to consent or take the test u can be fired.:D

I'm a Teamster wife. :) Boy do I know the laws and rules. Thankfully, or not sometimes, my husband is clean clean clean. It's one worry I never have. :whew:

I hope you get lucky and only have to "serve probation" for a period of time.

Are you up in WI?
