I saw somethin about orangeman being out of shape or something and it reminded me about how im..

starting to run a mile everyday = )

lately a lot of people have been telling me I shouldnt smoke so much (everyday, they say)

So im learning how to control my smoking, and smoke in moderation.

Im going to class, lunch, working out, then i do homework...after that ill smoke if i have 2 hours before my night class (if i have one that night)

and then i smoke after my night class

its better for me cuz when people get on my back I just tell them everything I do

Do any of you work out? It actually makes me feel better about myself and even smoking so much

I used to work out everyday during the summer. Not in a gym or anything, but I'd ride my bike about 20km daily. I lost a ton of weight and now I'm in good shape again.

I've been lagging lately as it snowed and the streets are too dangerous to bike on right now, so I haven't been getting out as much, but I try to get out and walk.run everyday.

I've cut back on smoking too. No more daytime smoking or wake and bakes.

in my opinion, theres nothing in this world better than smoking, then taking a bike ride or long walk or journey. just discovering things and thinking while appreciating everything we have.. theres no comparison

good for you friendowl. I run 2-4 miles a day 4-5 days a week and lift 3-4 times a week. I do alot of ab exercise and some pilate stuff wich i have found to be great at keeping trim. Squats are still the best exercise in the world (imo), there is nothing like them. the 20 rep squat routine is so painful but if you can push through it then your metabolism will start running so high you can eat as much of just about anything you want and wont get fat.

I walk a lot, i do push ups and sit ups. I have an ab machine which i use sometimes. I've been lacking lately though. I despise running but i know it's good for me. Now i'm on my break from smoking it will be a lot easier for me to workout. I can't stand exercising while stoned, i just think it ruins the buzz. I prefer to just chill. K, i'm gonna go do some sit ups and push ups :)

i work out around 5 hours a week (one hour a day) plus run 9 miles a week, it really helps to set goals for your strength and then work toward them, and of course winter is coming, and that means shit hits the fan in the gym

I don't really work out that much anymore, working at a mine having to climb up and down a big cliff to get to the drills and having to carry around drill rods and other big metal objects all day long pretty much keeps you in shape. When im not working i don't want to pick up[ anything heavier than a lighter and bong, let alone a barbell...

All that "working out" seems like wasted energy to me. I don't understand it. I mean, if you're going to work up a sweat anyways, why not work up a sweat while doing something constructive? Find a project that interests you, and do it.

My project is my land. I have thousands of trees (I'm not exaggerating) that are literally standing in the way of the farm I want to have. So I go out there with a chainsaw and remove some trees for a few hours at a time. I also put up a fence without the help of any machinery. That's a work out that gives me something to show for it when I'm done besides just sore muscles.

well to some people the body is a project, you work to get results, maybe you like to put up fences, I like liftin weights and the science that is involved with it, and as the old sayin goes "it aint about beauty, i wanna be a beast" i just love pushin myself to see how much weight i can throw around, so maybe to you it doesnt seem to fun, but its whatever you like

I work out five times a week. I'd do it more frequently but I get grief about being obsessed. Tonight was light cardio with weights. Tomorrow'll be heavier cardio and maybe some toning/stretching afterwards. I try and work in a "body break" about every six weeks or so for five to seven days and just let my muscles rest. But I hate those off weeks because I don't feel as calm and centered as I do when I'm able to get to the gym. Working out not only keeps me trim, it keeps me sane.

I love working out. I'll lift weights until I cant do anymore and then I'll do one last set. I feels so good, like I'm cumming. And the I look in the mirror and see my muscles bulging and it makes me feel good so I keep coming. And then I get that pump that happens when all the blood goes to my muscles and it feels so good, like I'm cumming, until I pass out. And then I wake up and I realize how good I feel and I'm cumming again. Then I go home and change my pants because by this point theyre pretty nasty. Then I realize it's been a good hour since I last worked out so I go back into the gym and work out some more.

Working out is very rewarding if you stick with it. You see your body change and it gives you more confidence. It's a work in progress, constantly changing. I used to live on a farm and I still lifted weights alot. It helped me in all the other activities I did. Wether it be dragging/carrying deer or rolling 400 pound sections of trees uphill. The added muscle and strength i had from weightlifting made and continues to make my life easier and more enjoyable in certain aspects.

I used to weigh 230 and started working out and lost 70 pounds and got really into bodybuilding.. I got down to 160 and then started bulking and packing and now i'm up to 200 pounds at 8% bodyfat, and i'm 6'0. I've got 18 inch arms, and Arnold had 22 inch arms :). I lift weights six days a week and run for about 30 minutes when i get home from that, roughly 2 1/2 - 3 miles. I eat nearly the same as bodybuilders, consuming about 5000 calories a day when I'm trying to get bigger. Working out is very rewarding especially if you eat properly also. I also smoke multiple times a day along with it. Nothing like blazing a few bowls after a day of going to school, working out for an hour and a half and then running for a while. So rewarding.

Im one of the most ripped guys in my school, ive been lifting weights without intermission since I was in 7th grade (im in senior year now). Once in a while I look at myself and think "God damn! im gorgeous." Im a closet narcissist and other wise very humble around everyone else
