I Am Trying Indoor Growing Rite Now And I Want To Know How Long Do I Got To Keep It In The Veg State Before Putting It Under 12/12 Casue I Heard That Even If U Put A Plant 12/12 For A Long Time It Wont Start To Flower Until It Is Mature Enough And I Just Want To Know How Long It Takes For A Plant To Mature Enough To Flower

I'd say switch to the 12/12 cycle after at least 4 weeks of vegative growth, all depends on how big you want your plants to be.
