Im not sure ive bought a grinder off of EBAY but I have searched for glass smoking pieces and never been able to find any on there. But I would think if you put it under the tabacco section and specified it as that you should be ok. It wouldnt be illegal it may just be against ebay's rules. peace

yea i doubt ebay will let you sell that stuff on there because ive searched before and never found anything.

Its obviously not legal on ebay. Otherwise there would be an abundance of glass peices all over.

its actually illegal if you ship across state lines, even if you advertise as Tobacco products...dont believe me? Ask Tommy Chong when he gets out of jail for selling them. Most auction sites will not allow you to sell Drug items such as that so they can avoid being sued or shutdown by the Feds.

Tommy Chong has been out of jail for a long time. I don't know exactly why he went, but it wasn't simply for selling clean bongs. That's not illegal. It is impossible to shape a peice of glass in such a way as to make it illegal. It only becomes illegal when you put drugs inside, or advertise it for drug purposes. They aren't illegal on ebay, simply against the rules. This is probably because ebay has no way to verify your items are actually clean.
