Hey everyone heres my setup I have been gathering over the course of 2 years and some lucky hits in the lottery. I have a Hydrohut deluxe for the main base of growing. I hooked up my 13gal reservoir and 8 gal controller that has a floating valve which will top off each bucket with the correct amount of water and nutes. Here is a list of some of the stuff thats in the hut pics included lol. Advice or comments are welcome sorry if it sounds like bragging..far from it just really excited and wanna be prepared:)

Lights:
1000w Hps (flowering) / TEK 5 Sunlight 24 Flourescents lights 2 bulb each full spectrum cool white & warm white (veg)

air:
1 oscillating fan
1 duct fan to vent Hps heat
1 Dual Diaphragm air pump

odor control:
carbon air scrubber

Grow Mediums:
Hydroton Grow Rocks, 1.5" and 4" rockwool

Nutrients:
FloraGro 2-1-6
FloraMicro 5-0-1
FloraBloom 0-5-4
Bill's Perfect Fertilizer 6-11-5
Cocoa Wet
sprayandgrow
Superthrive

Good so far. What is the CFM on the fan that will vent the hood and push threw the scrubber? Is your 13 gallon res light proof? How many plants do you want to grow? With the dulux you can throw up to 2K of lights in there if you wanted to, but maybe down the road.
What will the strain be? Also, think about getting some CalMag especially if your going to use ROE water.

Hiya I tried looking up the CFM of the scrubber but im gonna guess that its in the range of 100-200 since it holds 3lbs of activated carbon. The 13gal is light tight as well as the 8gal controller so I dont have to worry about algea or anything like that. I am planning on growing 5 plants then 6 with 1 independant to be a mother plant then I can veg them and flower them when ready. I think adding another 1000w would be a nice touch I agree with ya but right now dont wanna risk overloading the breaker even though the room is on its own and doesnt share with any other rooms plus I dont think the hut can hold another without collapsing. Well being a newbie im gonna start off with schwag seeds that way if I fuck up then I wouldnt feel bad about it since I have a shitload of them. CalMag is that like a water conditioner that gets rid of chlorine if so way ahead of ya I just bought a 4oz bottle of Super Tap Water Conditioner :thumbsup:. One more thing how many hours on/off did you set your air scrubber for? Take Care

Thanks yeah plants would add a nice touch to the room gives it sort of a fung shui lol. I still have some final stuff from bghydro that is bound to show up any day from now then I will get crackin.:)

The Cal Mag is a additive of micro nutrients which your plants need that are lost sometimes in water filtration processes especially when using ROE water. You are going to want to fire up that light and see how that fan works with that 1000w because in all actuality it may be too small to adequately do the job and 3LB of carbon is really small, at least 15 to 25LB is more adequate.
Just keep trucking though.

Blue you were right about the duct fan with the 1000w light so I took it out and I'm gonna use my dayton blower instead. The carbon scrubber should be able to do the job since it said it could clean a 10'x10' room in no time and since my hydrohut is 4'x4'x7' I should be fine.

Sounds like you got a good set up. I don't see what other people are talking about. Make sure you got no light leaks for the flowering plants.

yeah dude, good job, what the hell is possum talkin about u getting busted. Oh wait hold on the cops are asking about my black tent set up in my basement, let me go tell them to fuck themselves.... On second thought ur gonna be growing sooo much the dea just, jusssst might arrange a tatics squad to take u out... lets be serious here, u have just as much chance getting caught with 1 plant as u do with up to 10 maybe 15. It up to you weather u live or die, not ur operation.
