you can see the curve in the stem...it wants to stretch...put more light over it and put a little bit closer

I will move it closer to the light now.
Thanks for the help

yea the soil looks sooked...when im just growing a new seedling just breaking dirt is foliage feed it...i water it with a squirt bottle to get the siol wet. and then when it gets bigger i start giving it more water but watering every 2-5 days depending on the bulbs you are using, if its a high wattage hot bulb then you may need to water more but just poke your finger into the soil a little bit and see if the under side is dry

She looks ok...
The yellow leaves are a concern.. It is probably 1 of 2 problems...
1. You are over watering and you have suffocated the roots
2. You are using a soil that has been pre mixed with fertilizer/nutrients and it is to powerful for your seedling...
Around day 9 and 10 after the plant has established some roots, you should begin to see vigorous growth...
Thanks for the pic, keep them coming.

Yeah. That's stretching, alright. But not as bad as mine. Mine's a week old, and already 6 inches tall. Has become top heavy. And is growing at an extremely fast rate. I've already got 2 sets of serrated leaves on it, and 2 more are growing in beside the 2nd (lower level) set of them. It's maturing quite quickly. And the leaves seem to get bigger by the day.

Thanks a bunch for the advice, as you can see, she is currently in a pretty small pot, would you reccommend transplanting soon in these early stages or waiting for the 9/10th day when shes a little more mature?
Thanks

yep its still stretching...what kind of lights are you using...if you are using floros then keep the light 3" away from the plant...if your using a lamp that gets pretty hot then put it about 10" away away and it will still give it plenty of light and then when it gets bigger then bout 10-18" away depending on how it reacts to the heat...if the leaves are starting to curl then you may want to move it up....most plants will grow about an 1" a day....keep us posted

Hi, the attached images are of the two plants I have growing, 1.jpg is the plant I have been showing you throughout this post, and 2.jpg is another seed I planted at the same time but haven't payed much attention to, this plant now seems to be more healthy than 1.jpg :)
Take a look at them both, tell me which one you think looks healthier, btw 2.jpg has much bigger greener leaves than 1.jpg and it is in a much larger pot.

i'm sorry my friend, if this is how veg is going, flowering will be a lost cause, you need more light!!! ive attached a pic of some plants grown from seed at 15 days they got 5 days of flouros and 10 days of 1000watt mh, now you may not be in a position for that type of setup but it will give you an idea how fast plants should be growing under adequit lighting, look into some cfl's, although you have yet to post what your lights are, if you plan on growing weed look into what works, but hey i used 60watt house lights and bathroom flouros when i started to

psp.. you seedling are fine.. just keep the Fluorescent lighting 1-3 inches from your foilage and have a fan running in the room.. it does not need to be pointed directly at your plants.. just in the area... your plants should be moving a tiny bit from the breeze.
cheers
and thanks for the pics..

Hi, it must have been about 8 days now and the seedling in the larger pot has got much bigger leaves on now, and I can see another tiny set of leaves growing between them.
When would you reccommend transplanting to a larger pot?
Thanks

Well, were now on 11 days and she seems to be looking good!
A little bit of stretching but I dont think its too bad, new leaves have started to form between the larger ones :)
The only problem I can see is that the leaves are folding up into a V shape, I think its from temperature being too hot, could this be the reason?
Thanks, see picture attached
