Does anyone know how i make an avatar. I swear to god i've been trying to do this for almost a month now. I just can't get it to work.

resize to 100x100 or maintain aspect ratio (>100 x >100)
file size to large (is it a big .gif?)
upload what you want as an avatar... I can help :)
