Well, to be exact, "borrowed". Not something Id usually do, but tonight I was on a major high (not artificial, either  ) and decided it would be fun to borrow my dads car for an hour. So me and and a mate nabbed it and went for a drive around the area, trying to avoid the cops as much as possible. It was such a fucking adrenaline rush, especially when I was reversing it and nearly lost control and smashed into the neighbours car! Close call! And I drove into an Audi and smashed the mirror on that. Im not very good at driving, only done it once before!
Im so fucking high right now, and it isnt from weed/coke etc.

.. i hope your kidding.... no offense i've always thought you were kinda cool and level headed but you'd need to be slapped for just taking your dads car when you've only drove once before, not to mention when intoxicated, you coulda seriously injured someone, and fucked your life up pretty good (sitting in prison for manslaughter will fuck anyone's life up pretty good, my aunt got 15 years)

yea man that's not tight... Learn to respect your dad's shit and try not to mess it up. And make sure and learn to drive, its always a good thing. Take it easy. No disrespect man, but don't do that type of stuff. It proves nothing but that you're a dumbass and have no regard for other people's property.

Friend of mine snagged his mom's car keys when she was passed out drunk one night. He was 15, and I was 16. As my mom died driving drunk in a car with me 4 years prior to that, I wasn't really into this whole idea, but I went along as a passenger. We spun out in the grass around my apartment complex, had some fun and stuff, but...eventually, friend smashed into a tree, did about three grand in damage to the car. In today's dollars, that was probably like ten grand, the car was quite fucked up.
Neither of us were hurt, but when I got out of the car and saw the damage, I decided that I wasn't going to spend the night at his house after all. I left him alone to deal with his mom; he totally understood too, as it wasn't like I was gonna contribute much to the conversation.
He got grounded for several months, AND his mom made him pay off the car damage when he turned 16, which took him two years.

Yeah it was stupid, and I do regret it now. I suppose the reason I did it was because I just felt really high and elated, Im bipolar and Ive never had a period where Ive felt that high. I just felt like I was king of the world, invincible, and that nothing could hurt me.

Yeah but I don't see why a 19 year old in this day and age would have not already driven unless for some special circumstance, which he might have neglected to mention.

My mom didn;t learn until she was 32, and I'm 24 yrs old, and I don't even have a learners permit. :p I have no desire to drive, the gas, insurance, registration, not to mention the tally of deaths by car accidents daily. I'll reduce my chances and I save a ton of cash. If I drove, I would be broke. Fuck driving! :p
Not cool to take your dads car, so yeah, I won't repeat it as it's been said. I'm bi-polar and I nevr stole my dads car, so don't use that as an excuse. ;)

I didn't get my license until I was 24 either. But that's because of my car phobia (is there a word for that?), which was the result if being in the accident that killed my mother and almost killed me. Autophobia? Gotta be a word for it! I still have it too and avoid driving whenever possible, but when I must, I *can* drive now anyway.

yeah, i came home like a couple of weeks ago at about 2am, i was really drunk and i'd had a few bumps of K. Basically, took the keys to my dad's courtesy car (his one got smashed in) and took it for a spin. I drove perfectly too, even parked it in the EXACT place it was parked. Was well fun...

It's fuckers like you that REALLY PISS ME OFF!
Being a victim of a hit and run and a victim of being rear ended by a NON INSURED driver, I can safely say people like you piss me OFF.
I still have over 1500$ in damages to my car because that girl that hit my car had no car insurance, and no money.
You make me SICK! I don't care how fucking high on life you are, if you have no license to drive, DON'T FUCKING DRIVE! You hit an Audi hit and run style??
You are a moron for making this post, did you expect people to think your sooooo cool becaues you carelessly stole your dads care without thinking of the consiquences because your so goddamned high on life?
Sorry to be so rude, I just really can't stand people who don't abide laws like that. They are simple laws, it is not YOUR RIGHT to break them. I feel bad for the owner of the Audi.
I wish I could call your dad myself and tell him how much of a moron his son is.
Good god.

Weed is a whole different ball park.
When it comes to damaging someone elses property, you are no longer just violating your own rights...your violating the rights of others.
Don't bring weed into this.

I disagree with BuzZ and Tom. I mean, we've all done stuff like that...but when you grow up and then still brag about it like it was cool...it kinda shows your character...
