If you could apologize to death and come back/bring back would you?
Say a good friend/loved one committed suicide and you could apologize to death and get them back in, would you?

I don't quite understand what your saying. Apologize for what? :/

And do you mean trade your life for a dead person to come back to life, or just bring back someone from the dead?

no. i believe that people who kill themselves do so for a reason and chances are if you brought them back after they went through the hell of coming to terms with ending their own life they would be angry at you. just because it hurts to see someone you care about die doesnt mean its fair to make them come back to the pain they wanted to escape from.

I don't really know how you're asking this... Death as some sort of entity? Does he/she feel wronged?

You're the first person I've ever come across who actually sees this issue the same way I see it.

Everyone always says suicide is selfish. Bullshit. Selfish is wanting someone to live a life of suffering just because you will miss them if they die.

That's how I feel. It takes a lot of guts and strength to be able to kill yourself. When I was a Senior, someone very very close to me hung themselves. I know some of the reasons why but I'm sure I don't know all of them. He took that secret with him. But anyhow, no, I wouldn't bring him back just because I'd like to see him again. He was in too much pain here in the first place.:(

It's awful that so many people suffer...but it's also horrible that people feel that death is the only way out. I sometimes think that life on earth is hell and we are meant to suffer and be in pain. I don't know...

Maybe apologize wasn't the right word, but then again Im use to people saying it like "Man I wish i could apologize to death for my brother, then he might still be here." Basicly what I mean by apologize is, if you could ask death to bring you back or anything back would you ask death for forgiveness for that person/animal. Sorry if sloppy, im really stoned.

Well, of course there are certain people I would want back. I was young when my dad died. I'd apologize to anyone or anything to get him back. Same with my pets. and there are others. Even if your stoned, I get it and it's a good but wishful concept. I wish it was worakble.

I'd definitely apologize to bring some loved-ones back. I'd love it if that were possible. And there are deeply loved pets who are on that list, too.

I'd apologize now in advance--or offer to mortgage my own soul--if it could prevent my sister from dying from cancer or restore her to health. Alas, it can't.

I had a friend kill himself with pills a good 5 yrs ago. I'd just like to apologize to him, but I wouldn't want to bring him back. He freed himself from pain and I wouldn't want to bring that pain back to him.

I would like to bring back my grandpa though. He died at only age 64 of breathing problems. I'd like to give him a new heart and bring him back to my grandma who misses him so dearly.

I wouldn't apologize to death though. Just like god, why would I beg for forgiveness.

NO

When you die, you die! I trully beleive if someone chooses to kill themselves that is there right, their selfish right, but their right. The grief that is associated with suicide is feels ten fold then normal grief does, at least it fells like to me. but I still would not bring my mother back if I could, it was her choice and thats that. I've accepted that now........................
