AnyOne in So Cal

I am in need of information on how to start a Wellness Center in the Orange County more so Costa Mesa, Newport, Irvine area and I need to know what legal preliminary steps are involved. I have my permit so far and I know that I have visited these centers in the surrounding cities, but have to drive at least two hours to get $65 an 1/8 oz. is crazy and there is no selection. I wish it was in every city, the drive is worse than the price most of the time :rolleyes:
