As I learn more and more. I have heard about how good R/O water can be. When I look up RO water on the internet I see these big machines (filters) that cost thousands of dollars to make RO water.
Are there any cheeper solutions to getting R/O water like I guess buying it or a home version of the R/o Filter?
just curious, about this R/O Water. Zandor preaches about it in the Grow reports.

I bought mine at a hydro store for $150. I hear they are even less expensive on e-bay. We have a well and I am 100% sold on RO water for my hydro system after finding out the hard way trying to keep ph stable etc. Worth every penny.

Depends where you are located. Sometimes, they have machines outside in front of, or in supermarkets. They are the machines that you put in a coin and retrieve a gallon or 5 gallons of H20. They are normally R/O, Carbon filtered, UV sterilized, and all sorts of other stuff. But, yes it is R/O (reverse-osmosis) water. Normally pretty inexpensive per gallon compared to storebought. Try that, maybe?

Well there's RO and distilled... purified in different ways, but essentially very similar in application for us plant types.
Put a bucket under your air conditioner, or use the res water in your dehumidifier just as you would RO water. It's technically distilled, but you can use it the same. Add your calmag, of course!
