Does the EBB and FLOW system work pretty good on growing inside and how much lighting would be involved in getting them in the mature stage of growth.Feel free to express any opinions on this matter!:rasta:

Yeah, it works fine indoors. I like it with rockwool grow plugs to start, then buried in a bed of hydroton.
For lighting, the rule is, as many watts as you can afford and not blow your main panel! :D
