first time cooking w/ buddah

Hello all, first time poster, short time reader...

Lil' background.
It has been about 9 months since I have poked smot. And I have a great urge to give it another go, I used to smoke quite a bit when I was in highschool, 8th a day minimum, till i got dabbld into the coke game :( long story short, after awhile, every single time I smoked, or even smelled ganja smoke, I got an anxiety attack... Well, its been quite some time since I have had one, and I do think that I may have mentally stabilized myself by eating healthy and tryin to keep a clear concience.

I am going to try baking me some pot only for pure relaxation / to help me get comfortable. The recipee I found that I like the most calls for 1/4 oz of fine wacky tabaccky, grinding it to a powder and adding it to a package of Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix (comes in a bag)

The package says it will make 24 cookies

See'ings how I have not been high in quiiiiiiiiiite some time... I am wondering if an 8th will make the batch fine? An 8'er around these parts costs 45-50 bucks and being a college student, thats a big chunk of change for me to fudge this up

Just wondering on your thoughts for how this will turn out... should I go with a quarter? Reduce the batch? etc...

also, im not lookin to get stupidly stoned, im lookin to be buzzed like... an opiate high, numb, but still in control

i dont want to put myself into another 6 hour anxiety attack and be at the good ol' hospital gettin shot up with ativan and valium :P

my 2nd reply.. or if some one can point me in the right direction of a recipee which I can use an 8th of high grade (either grown by agricultural students at Michigan State or some canadian)
