Do you think it's better to give all nutrients and additives to the plant through the roots or is it important to spray the leaves as well.

I use a cal mag+, liquid karma and super thrive.

Foliar spray, IMO, is an "extra" you do.

It is definitely "better" to give all the nutrients through... the... wait... roots!

If I'm not mistaken, you can "over feed" a plant through the foliage, and it'll develop a deficiency... she's not sure what's going on.

Again, IMO, foliar spraying is an extra... not a must.

Just my 0.02... might be wrong... no refund possible if that's the case.

I think you're right for a Hydroponic system there's no point to foliar spray. I've personally always usedfoliar spraying but that was with outdoor organic soil grow.

Less work for me:-D Gotta love Hydro.

Well... soil or hydro... organic or nutes... I see it as the extra.
I believe various foliar sprays give directions... and it isn't a "common application"... more like, "uncommon". Like once or twice during the flowering (numbers outta my head... probably wrong).

I will admit that plants seem to get happy when you spray them with water.
They just... seem happy!

Man, the less work, the better.
In fact, the less work, the more time you have on your hands to "play" with your girls.
