Ok, every time I log in I get the same freaking pop-up errors. Something about Java and windows not being able to validate the authenticity of the publisher.
My first thought is maybe I got some warning or PM or something that requires Java. I do not run Java on my machine and I cant seem to get rid of this annoying pop-up.
I would greatly appreciate any help :)

Any answers gentlemen? It's been several days since this annoying pop-up problem. Again, it only happens when I sign in and it is in regard to some java issue this board apparently uses.
The only change to my system has been upgrading to IE 7. I would like to know if this issue is a result of that change (IE 7) or if this board has added something new that my computer is blocking.
I can choose to let my program install some active x software when I bring this site up and log in but BEFORE I do that I just want to be sure this is something that is suppose to be happening.
Anyone?

I don't know the answer, Someuser, and haven't experienced the problem myself, but Sundance will scan through here soon, I'm sure, and will provide an answer if he has one.
Sorry you're experiencing technical difficulties. With luck, someone with lots more technical sophistication than I have will be able to suggest a fix.

Cant answer the question fully i'm afraid,,
But,, it's to do with the new chat system that's in place. . . .
The counter at the top of the screen uses a "java applet" to let ya
know how many users are in chat. . . .
When i'm running FireFox (which i usually use) i get a message saying
that the "applet has started the chat counter". . . .
It sometimes affects FireFox (maybe cos i'm usin adblock) but sometimes
it doesn't have any affect. . . . :what:
Hope that sheds some light on it for ya. . . .
And hope someone can sort it out,, or explain in more detail sometime soon. . . . :error:
Peace. . . .

Thanks guys (and girls ;) )
I did suspect it had something to do with the chat thing up at the top since... Was that always there or is that new? I'm just trying to figure out why all of a sudden this started to occur whereas I never had this issue before... And, of course, how to fix it :)
