I don't live in Colorado, I just find it intresting. They call it the Alcohol-Marijuana Equalization Act, so if your parent gives you some bud, that wouldn't be a crime? Cause I learned in an alcohol class that people under 21 can drink if their parent, or their spouse who is 21 gives it to them, and is with them when it's consumed.
Also, what do you guys think of it all?

I think they are trying to link the 2 by the being an adult at 21, and able to buy alcohol. You should be able to have weed as a subtitute.

[edit] Background
Amendment 44 was placed on the ballot last August, after the group Safer Alternative For Enjoyable Recreation (SAFER) obtained over 129,000 petition signatures through a largely grassroots organization. Only 68,000 were required by the Secretary of State.
Existing Colorado law classifies possession of one ounce or less of marijuana as a Class 2 petty offense punishable by a fine of $100. If passed, Amendment 44 would decriminalize possession of one ounce or less by adults 21 years of age and over.
One issue under contention is how the amendment might be interpreted with regard to transferral of marijuana to minors over 15 years of age. The "Blue Book" voter information pamphlet states that transferral of up to an ounce of marijuana to a person aged 15 years or older would be considered "possession", and thus decriminalized under Amendment 44. Others, including the amendment's supporters, claim this interpretation is false, and such transferral to minors would continue to be illegal, as it falls under the category of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a felony offense under existing law.[1][2]
The sale and growth of marijuana would still be illegal if Amendment 44 passes.
I will be voting for this......
Edit...
IMO it will pass
