What is the best car, movie, calone and so on, it is not a 1 answer type of question, sorry to say. Look up the Fox Farm products, they make it simple enough. I would try to explaine some of the different nutes, but don't have time now, if you don't have some answers later I'll check back in. You want to do allot more reading, because if you don't have an idea of this kind of question, your going to have an up hill battle IMO.
But none the less, we all have to start somewhere.

i use advanced nutrients which are synthetic, but i also build good soil by using worm castings and blood and bone meal too. adv.nut has a trio called Grow, Micro, and Bloom which are 3 seperate ferts but u mix them together in different ratios depending on what stage of growth u are in. so these work for flowering AND vegging. But like blue bear said, just do some more homework.
