i just bought two of these flo's lights....i wonder if these will work....will the lights make my plants strech

since u didn't provide more information about the lamps, all I can say is just wait and see. will thy strech, or won't they.
event if they won't, u will need more lights in couple of weeks. if u not going to use that kinda lights just for veg. stage (not for lighting your desk), drop it. expencive, low in wattage and lumens.
get CFL's. proven stuff. cheap too...

I've actually been looking at 105W flu's.....still don't know exactly what to do

put the plant about three inches from the flourescent light and it should be fine.

yeah by the looks they need to be way closer mine was quite far away and streched out but it still ok

how many rooms you got there dude ? are they all the one or is there more?

id say just use the cfl's kept realy close to the plant to veg on a cycle of 8/16. for a few weeks until you see signs of sex then use that hps on a cycle of 12/12 for flowering them!

there all the same box.....i guess my plant is loving those lights...it has a blue look...to them.....and my plant no sign of streching..
