great question...i'd say maybe about a little over a week? heres some pic of my set up....advice appreciated! do you think its time to move them to bigger pots?

I'd let them get at least one real set of leaves, or even two, then transplant. I doubt it'd hurt them to transplant now, but no great need; they're still tiny and no way have their roots even begun to fill those cups yet.
