Top 10 Reasons to love the next 4 years

10. Zogby will have plenty of time to reflect on the meaning of John Kerry??s powerful insight: ??It??s one thing to be certain, but you can be certain and be wrong.?

9. The Supreme Court will not be making room for Susan Estrich.

8. Our war on terror will not require sensitivity training.

7. No French-English translation required to understand ??Le Global Test?.

6. Our First Lady will be Laura Bush.

5. Our VP will be Dick Cheney. One downside ?? he won??t have as many opportunities for friendly chats with Sen. Leahy now that the Senate is firmly in Republican hands.

4. California real estate will become more affordable now that all the Hollywood libs are leaving for Europe. OK, same as four years ago, only they mean it this time. Really.

3. Bush??s brilliant opponents will have many more opportunities to underestimate him and practice the fine art of losing.

2. We can look forward to Al Franken??s next book, ??Exit Polls for DUmmies?. 1. George W. Bush is our president!

so torog, now that republicans dominate...

what are you going to do when they expand the role of the UN in our country, keep the open borders, sign more gun control, leaves the border wide open, legalizes anyone who steps foot in this country, expand the size of government, get us deeper into debt, start mental health screening for everyone, centralize power even more after we're attacked again, expand the socialist and welfare policies, gives away more foreign aid...

all the stuff clinton did, the republicans are doing. are liberals conservative? according to you they are...care to explain?

i look at actions and voting records, i don't just listen to what they say.

are you still going to call him a conservative?

it's great that you take your future oppression for the sake of corporate whims so lightly. a patriot indeed. Blind faith? I guess most of america shares it with you. And a s a consequence, we now have the "blind leading the blind." Yes, the next four years (if we live to see them through) shall be interesting indeed Torog. I fear that it will only increase fervent nationalism and fundamentalism on the part of Americans since this seems to be what Bush's popularity rests upon.

Peace, but I can't make any promises.

Congratulations were now secured 4 more years of losing our freedom, 4 more years of bieng riduculed by truly free countries, an even more conservative supreme court whitch means even less chance for legalization, more bullshit "war on terror" attacking countries that pose no threat to us and more bullshit education plans like no child left behind. I hope you enjoy the fact that we have an idiot for president and criminals in the cabinet cause i sure as hell dont.

yes...the budget, current account and trade deficits will truely hurt us....not to mention the freedoms that will be taken away once bush stacks the supreme court with the religous right....we are going to be in trouble for a lot longer than 4 years...

My thoughts exactly! By the end of Bush's term, even the British will have their missiles pointed at us. And this business of Bush leading with his religious beliefs is definitely a turn in the wrong direction. I guess stock in oil in the best way to go, heart! Or maybe we can get in on the manufacturing of assault rifles or weapons of mass destruction, so we can line our pockets as Bush declares war on every other country in the world.  This really is a sad day.

So Torog please tell me....do you grow your own or do you buy from a dealer? If you buy from a dealer, you are supporting terrorists and could be nailed by the Patriot Act....supporting Bush and terrorists at the same time, makes you a hypocrite....

hey if that happens, i hope theres no hard feelin's lol :p

Oh and way to go, Torog.. by voting for Bush, you've helped delay the legalization of Marijuana for a few more years.. and that includes medical marijuana :(

Glad i'm not in the USA right now... though the UK isn't much better, with Blair as PM and his head up Bush's ass...

The end is near, LOL! I would just like to point out to you guys that it would not have mattered if kerry won, we would still have the drug war, maybe worse, the war in Iraq would still be going on, and the war on terror would still be fought. Seems some people think kerry would have saved us from all that. Personaly, I don't think he would have, and I also think anyone that does think he would have saved us is a brainwashed fool.

Howdy Hss,

Thank ya for them kind words,I am indeed happy ! However,I don't like Bush's attitude towards marijuana, but I do feel that the safety of my daughter and her children,is more important. I'm pretty sure, that she wouldn't like being forced to be a muslim and paying an infidel tax.

If I ever win the lottery,I'll take your advice, and invest in some Halliburton and Exxon stock.

You lament:" This is the begining of the end."

That may well be,but I'm secure in the knowledge, that Jesus has a home for me in Heaven..just like He has for all of y'all..like Jesus Christ says: "Whosoever believeth in Me,shall enter Heaven.."

Have a good one...Torog

now that all the Hollywood libs are leaving for Europe.Sounds like a great fucking idea. If I had the money, I'd be right behind them.

As LT said, this country is doomed regardless....:(

yeah... kerry didnt need to play the stocks, he just owned a large percentage of them...

cheney on the other hand completely divested himself of halliburton stocks and did not profit at all. neener neener

By the phrase " begining of the end" I didn't mean end of the world. I mean the end of the way the world is as we know it. There will be more " controls" placed upon us in the name of security. More spending in the name of fighting terror. More blood spilled in the quest of WMD. Who stands the most to gain? lose?
Both bush and kerry are two heads of the same monster, both run by the same group, neither matters as president. The poorest showing by ALL 3rd party [ green, lib, ind ] candidates show just how small that group is. Even perot recieved a larger turnout. What does that show. Was my vote for the Lib party a waste? Even the marijuana ballots we were1 for and 2 against.

Torog, Yes there is a heaven , for all of us.
MJM Yes, yes Any type company in arms or oil

peace and praying
