Lesser of Two Evils Temps too high or too low

Here is my problem, I vent a 1000 w Mh from outside into my attic, right now while vening the hood the temps are staying in the mid to lower 60's. If I turn the vent fan off my temps are running in the high 80's to mid 90's. Which one is will be less stressing on my ladies. I will be purchasing a heater ASAP but untill then some input would be nice.

if your in veg i would def recomend letting the temps stay high, the higher the temps are the more dense the air gets the higher the relative humidity becomes, high humidity is very crucial during the begining stages, however i think your concern should be on the temps when the lights go off, if its 60 with there on it must be dangerously low when there off, keep in mind to get the best results and most healthy plants you dont need the most perfect setup, you need the most stable setup, plants dont like a lot of changes, try to keep all elements of your enviroment at a balance, that means temps, humidity, ph, nutrients and co2, all changes you make, make them gradually, the most damage occurs when any of those elements drop too low or spike to high, plants adapt to there enviroment and thrive in consistancy, sorry if ive rambled on, i just like to spread knowledge

much rather have the temps high in this situation. run the lights at night, and u will be able to keep the temps down for lights on and temps up for lights off probably. If im getting this right, u should have perfect temps. Its colder at night abvously so u will drop ur temps with lights on. And during the day its alittle warmer out.

cpl. q's 4 ya . what type of fan/blower are you using to vent the 1000 into the attic ? you might poss. be able to run a fan speed controller to slow the fan/blower down a bit and split the diff. in temps . like a happy 75-80 deg. ? i use a cheap dimmer style control on my 2-1000w. hps using 2- 6in. hurricane fans to cool them , 1 pushing and 1 pulling thru. cooltubes .

I am using a hydrofarm 465 cfm squirrell cage blower pulling from the outside, I will have to look into the speed control that sounds like it would be the best solution. thanks everyone for the advice

how about a temperature controlled relay? I was asking about this but on a larger scale. I was told Home Depot has some attic contro device for fans that will allow your fan to come on and off at certain temperatures.

as far as i know i think the dayton style fans/blowers can only be run at full capicity , my lil 265 dayton i used to have warned of not using spd. cntrl. i know that hurricane / can fans/ vortex fans can be run using dimmer style controls . do some research on our paticular fan to avoid burning the motor or yourself up .

I went out and bought a damn heater fixed everything real nice 78 all the time. I really appreciate all the help.
Xcrispi you were right my info says not to use speed control on this unit.
I never thought this would be so involved , i studied for 8 months before I decided to do this. Read everything I could get my hands on. I guess first hand is the way to go though.
