Anyone else from the states had a sucessful delivery from this site? They say they're 100% guaranteed delivery, and I got my package, but it had a customs interception notice in it :( Do you think the seedbank might send me some free seeds maybe using different packaging method, or will they make me just buy more and say it was my loss?
