this is for prom in june. We found this place and we're 15 people. We are going to party and smoke a lot of weed and drink a lot.

we'll get an adult to sign the contract and agree that there will be supervision (obvious lie)

anyways, any good chance it will pass through?

even if we have to pay a little extra.

Good luck.
And may I suggest taking out a bit of insurance just in case ya'll wreck it.

Personally, no, I wouldn't rent to a group of 15-16yo's and the adult that signs the contract is fully responsible for damages and such.

Just so you know some facts.

EDIT...I see there are 15 of you and not your ages. How old will you all be?

we're going to be 16-17, but there are 15 of us. None of us are bad kids. Not all of us smoke/ot all of us drink. I know it sounds sketchy renting to a group of 16-17 year olds, but we aren't bad kids.

We ust want to have a little fun. We won't break shit, or at least try not too.

We also had some rules, like, no smoking in the house (do it in the woods nearby) And the drinking is done in the biggest room and that's it.

Glad y'all are good kids, Poiuyt, but putting myself in the place of the owners of the chalet, I wouldn't rent to you, either. Even good kids can mess houses and property up astonishingly fast, whether they're intending to or not. Combine high spirits with weed and alcohol, and the risk outweighs the benefit of any rental money. The only possible way you could sell me on such an idea would be if everyone's parents signed the lease and it contained a clause agreeing that the adults would be present and attentive the whole time you guys were on property. I know that doesn't sound like nearly as much fun, but that's how most reasonable adults will look at that situation.

mmm i wouldn't let you guys have it because I KNOW what you'll be planning to do. If i did let you have it. I would demand a deposit of like $5000 on the credit card of the adult who's "supervising" you.

whats a chalet?? if its like a hotel then most likely no...they'll probably rent the room but once you start getting loud and the neighbors complain your gonna get the boot.

if a adults gonna sign for it just go to their house instead.....they cant complain about you guys breaking stuff cause it could happen at the chalet too and whoever signed has to pay

Just have the adult act as if the chalet is being rented for them. Don't even have anyone else present. After that, they give you the keys, and it's yours.
