Hi Josh.. I would say yes by looking at the size and NO by looking at the health..

You want your plant to be healthy and have vigorous growth when you switch it to 12/12..

wait till she gets to 12 -18 inches tall then give it 13 hrs uninteruptid dark to force it to flower >_<

yea i allways wait till my girls are a minimum of 12in before going into 12/12 good luck
