Freak Seedling

Check out my freak seedling! It's slowly beginning to unfold a little...it was just all balled up. I have no idea if it's gonna live or not since it doesn't have any real leaves and it's already about a week old.

That is kind of freaky, are those roots growing out of that unfolding ball of leaf?

I know it's trippy huh? The white appears to be the outside edges of the first serrated leaves...it's like pure white too. Maybe I have some sort of albino or varigated oddity. In any event I'll let it go for awhile in the jiffy pot but I doubt if I'll give up any prime real estate in the real pots for it. I can only fit five pots in my flowering closet and no room for weaklings.

Keep her alive the best you can. Sometimes the freak of the bunch is the most desireable.
