kinda new at growing

Im growing my first plant right now and i was just wondering if u can actually grow the plant from seed 2 maturity with just floros?

Any comments would help.

yes you can thats how i got started,still use for veg,clones,use 40w 4ft cool white plus , 3300 lumens,sylvina bulbs,,flower under warm white plus 3700 lumens keep within 2 in of top,want be as good as hps,but will give you plenty buds,all just as strong as its is under hps depends strain... ;)
