what do i do?

Hi, i have got 3 seeds given to me by a m8 (haze X skunk) and a bag of soil which seems to have little pieces of foil or something in it, they're were given to him by another person. What do i need to start growing and what lights etc..? thanks

At the top of the pages here there's a link called 'Search'. Click on that, and use it. All the info is there for you in Searchland. Just look for the hundreds of other posts with the exact same questions and find the threads with the answers.

Alternatively (or in addition to using the search feature), I recommend a book: The Cannabis Grow Bible, by Greg Green. It'll tell you all you need to know, AND you'll be helping out Greg Green at the same time, which is bound to be good karma.

If your bag of soil has foreign material in it, or if it looks previously used, I would get new soil. Reusing old soil can introduce pests to your grow, in addition to already having used up some of its nutrient value.
