my pot felll over which had my plant in it
it is about 6 inches tall, like 26 leafs
i bought it from a medical center, and when i got it it was 3 and a half inches
(so basically it grew like 3 inches in a week)
and then my pot fell over and the veryveryveryvery bottom of the main stem snapped
like where the soil meets the branch.
and it snapped
it didnt get completly cut in half, but it got cut to the point where it can just flop around, and if you dont hold it up it falls down.
well i covered the cut with soil
so its standing straight up now.

and i asked some folks at the medi. center and they said as long as i started healing it right away
it should make it
but idk
what do you guys think??

u have a perscription or somethin cause I didnt know u could buy plants from a medical center:)

It should survive... Next time use a couple band aids at the breaking point before you cover it with dirt...

I would put some stones around the stem on top of the soil.. to make sure it stays strong..

alright
here are some pic of my plant, 2 days after it snapped.
its still looking fairly heaalthy
but the leafs feel a little dry
also i saw a realy small white fly on a lef
i forgot what there called
soo what now?

where's the pics? i had a reflector from an hid break and land on one of my plants. cut the stem almost in two! what i did was prop it up with a stake and wait. for 2 weeks, it looked kind of stressed and stretched, growth was very stunted, but then it healed, and 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, blast off!!

good luck. next time you bury a wound though, you may want to use rootone, or some other rooting agent. it REALY helps when you are covering the hurt with soil (same principle as cloning)

my plants stem snapped almost completely when she was bout 6 weeks inot flower she healed ok and jus carried on budding but i had to make sure the stem was supported
as it was very low down i just put more soil on top till it covered up past the snapped part seemed to heal within a week an half

If it was a white fly on your plant, it could be a 'White Fly' lol. That's what there called if it was white and moth like. Original name eh?
