Prob are some like that, wouldn't surprise me. Just like any dealer, you gotta be friends with them before you even buy off them, or know someone who does get from him and can have you meet him.

there was some guy in my state i think it was, forget the exacts about t\what happened read it in the paper a while back or something. But there was a UPS driver that was using his truck to ship large amounts of herb and got busted for it
