Need as much info as possible. I have read the entire act, but I believe that regardless of the act, being a federal law, is still enforced by municipalities. I also understood that different municipalities react and enforce differently from each other. a good example would be the green zone in vancouver. Im sure people all over canada and Ontario in particular have their own acounts and opinions and I would Apreciate and hope many could help. Im sure plenty are qurious themselves.

Read as much as you can in my name and ask me what you want to know about it. I have a court certificate declaring me an expert (in my previous life)....

Case law is based upon court decisions in a specific location, for example in a certain town west of Toronto it is legal to get head in a car in public because a judge one day said it was a normal part of growing up and went along with necking etc..... this means that the crown attornies in that area will not bother to bring this to court anymore as a good defence lawyer will bring this particular case up and will lead his client to an aquital. However 10 km down the road they are still going to the back of the highschool and arresting teenagers for indecent acts for the same thing..... It's screwed.

The Narcotic laws in Canada are very complex and are not understood by anybody so if you can figure them out let me know cause I still got friends looking to hire you!
The green zone is just a case of heads getting some instead of getting head.....
I hope this helps.

Oh I forgot to mention, read up on the definition of "case law" basically it is the screw ball decisions of each judge that don't go along with the normal.... for instance the maximum sentence for breaking and entering into a residence in Cananda is life (industrial is 14 years) because of all the cases befoe the judges now cant give jack because it would be unfair after all the slugs that have gotten off light in the past. "case law" = the destruction of Canadian society.
