i love these laws where it is legal to posess but not to buy or sell. still a step in the right direction.

This law is different from any other one, that's why its so controversial. If passed, there will actually be regulated 'marijuana shops' where people of age can buy weed LEGALLY. HUGE STEP. I know what you mean though...like Amendment 44 in Colorado...you can possess, but can't buy or sell, which is kind of contradictory.
