Ok..I have read a lot about SCROG method and can never find consistent information..My plant grows up to the screen and bends at a 90 degree angle and runs for about 8 more inches horizontally under the screen...at the internodes new shoots are growing up through the screen at about 2 to 4 inches tall...should these shoots also be tucked under the screen and allowed to "run" like the main stem....if so, what part of the plant is eventually allowed to grow up to the light...I assume it is the flowering bud that is given this privelege...any other info on SCROG would be appreciated....pics of SCROG show buds growing up to the light that are 8-12 inches tall and in the hundreds...will this be my case if I am growing Northen lights under a 250watt hps using a hydro system pumping nutrients?

I don't personally SCROG, but here's a bit of help..
...at the internodes new shoots are growing up through the screen at about 2 to 4 inches tall...should these shoots also be tucked under the screen and allowed to "run" like the main stem... Yeah, during veg keep doing that until the plant has covered as much of the screen as you wanted it to.
....if so, what part of the plant is eventually allowed to grow up to the light...I assume it is the flowering bud that is given this privelege...
The part that you want growing through the screen is the bud sites. So when you're flowering, you'll stop tucking the growing tips under the screen and just let them do their thing.
....... 8-12 inches tall and in the hundreds...will this be my case if I am growing Northen lights under a 250watt hps using a hydro system pumping nutrients?
Well your light is pretty small for hundreds of 8 inch buds! But you can always add lights when you get to the flowering stage for more bud mass.

hey big bud im lookin to do my first scrog also, im glad i wasnt the only one thinking about the same things. iv been reading alot also and everyone has a different technique. Alot of people seem to like to lst their plant and scrog, have you thought about using this method?
But another thing question i have is when do you repot the plants since your intertwining the leaves through the screen it would be really difficult to change the pot size. So what size should you start with and end with?

LST- Low Stress Training, slowly and lightly bending branches so other shoots have time to grow while those stems are growin up to the light again, for bushiness, and also conserves height
