i dont know about you guys
but i find it literally impossoble to fall asleep without at least one bowl
like unless im high i cant fall asleep
so then it come to the point where i HAVE to smoke every night just to sleep
i mean
i could be an insomniac (or however you spell it)
or idk
what about you guys?

You most likely can't fall asleep without a bowl because THC increases your Melatonin levels considerably (hence the burn out at the end). If you use a substance every day, all the time, for an extended period of time, your body will become entirely dependent on it to produce the chemical/hormone it normally would have produced itself. This can be reversed, however, by abstaining for a good while (I can't really tell you how long specifically).

Oh yeah man....i cant go to sleep without having a night bowl.

Its takes like 5 days to get over it...it did for me anyway when i went on a vacation with my family...i was up till 4 every morning until that 5th day.

So...when i take a little mini weed break....im gonna have to take sleeping pills or something.

yeah, i can't smoke for another 5 months, so I have to take 6 sleeping pills just to get to bed before 5 am.
