Ok, so I got pulled over and I had weed on me, probably a lil less then 3 dubs. I was lookin at this site for my state (which is Ky), I started lookin at it and saw that possesion of less than 8 ounce's (first offense), is a misdemeanor and I could possibly go to jail for up to 1 year and have a $500 fine. Now, I don't wanna go to jail, and it suck's they took my weed. Cause it was some good shit. I don't know what to do other then wait around for my court paper's in the mail. :(

Where'd you have the weed and why did the cop have probable cause to search you? I'm only asking so I can learn from others mistakes.

no they didn't arrest me, they called my parent's instead..why I don't know see'n as im 18, I thought I would have went to jail. But I did have it in the glove box. Then my stupid ass friend goes "what if they find the weed?" said it in a low tone of voice but obviously not low enough. The cop heard and then looked in there.

i doubt you will get jail time. my friend got a zero tolerance, speeding, transporting alcohol, having open alcohol in the car, paraphinallia, and curfew and he didnt even get jail time. but i also live in illinois though. if your scared then get a lawyer. sometimes they send you letters in the mail when you have a court date comming up.

Not so much that im scared, it's just that I do have anxiety. But for the last month my perscription has been out. So I haven't been gettin my medicine. My friend gave me some xanax and that's helped. But my anxiety is really bad atm and all this is really gettin to me. And fastforyou, your right. But as of now, there's no friendship. Just an aquaitance. (how ever you spell it.)
