i just planted some non germinated seeds in soil
when i water them
do i keep the soil moist at all times
and do i keep it under light at all times
and if it okay to pour water directly over the seed
or is that bad?

yeah keep it moist at all times and there is no need for light untill it sprouts
ortho keeping it in a warm place will help loads
