Back from court.. they gave me 1 year suspension and 2 years probation..this is going to blow.. random drug tests.. the works.. but cultivation of marijuana was reduced to possesion due to seedlings instead of fullblown plants..these next 2 years are going to blow big donkey

That's going to blow. I remember my years of probation, god it sucked. One year suspended sentence, that's pretty assholeish of them. My prayers and best wishes go to you.

I recently had my charges dropped for poss. of cocaine, marijuana, and parphenelia on sympathy for me getting testicular cancer, being unable to show up for court. Lucky for me in one aspect, and damned to hell in the other.

oh, after reading thc's i remember what my probation officer told me, i have a 30 day suspended sentence too, when he said suspension i didnt know what he meant

it was ither 2 years probation and a year suspened or 7 years in jail

Good for you kids. Now you have a perm. record to look back on, and, if you get even the slightest offence, you go to jail. Now you have that risk hanging over your head.

It depends on whether your PO chooses to violate you. At worst, you have to serve your suspended sentence plus extra time for the violation. Did they just suspend your driver license or actually give you a suspended sentence? A one year suspended is pretty damn harsh for a possession charge. If you have a cool PO, he'll cut you a break once in a while. Be careful about smoking man, I toked through probation, but you have to be real precise, like smoke after you taken a test and not smoke until you take your next one.

Wow, way to gloat like a 5yr old. This thread doesn't mean you're telling the truth, even if you are, you aren't too bright for getting busted in a seedling stage. I think you're on mommy probation, that's what I think. ;)

Either way, you kids need to get your head out of your asses, that's all I'm saying, and coming on here bragging about it, come on, who are you trying to impress. I'd be downright embarrased if I were you.

I know it sucks that you can't smoke and I'm sure you're bummed. But truly in the scheme of things, you are one lucky dude. It could have been much worse. And starting today, you can make the choice to either take a risk and smoke or do some other substance, then test positive and go to jail, or to just toe the line and do what you have to do. That's the key--recognizing that you're the one making the choice, just like you made the choice to grow the plants. Welcome to the adult world.

I've been on probation for 4 years, you get used to it, just don't fuck up. It's hard, but do not smoke. Just push through it. Get drunk every day.

Thing is about the drug tests.. i have smoked the the day bef and 2 days be4 drug tests and passed them without any doubt.. i have no worry about the tests..i just gotta take it cool on what i do and to keep my mouth shut.. because i bet its because i told somone and they told somone else and that person told the wrong person.. and such

As much as I hate to be the bearer of bad news I'd suggest you try not to smoke and just get the probation over with

you'll be better off in the long run

I'm on the same program or so it sounds. I have supervised tests a few times a month that I take one day after knowledge that I am to come into test.

They are visualized and the first few weeks I couldn't smoke after I got popped sucked. Hard.

But I have the Wizzinator and have been toking for a few months now. Other than the hassel of having to actually go there and toss over a few bucks, probation has been a breeze. :D

I laugh when kids think that something on their record will just dissapear after a while. It's there for life man, and if you really did get charged, anymore cannabis charges in the future, that old record will be there and you will get the book thrown at you.

Someone who stays on proabtion for 2 years with the charge of culivating cannabis, is not something that will be set ablaze, as what suhl said.

I agree with everything he said though. You're not looking cool at all, you look dumb for getting caught.

I quit smoking while i did my probation. It was just 6 mounths ago I started again. Now I never take bud outside my house besides a occasional prerolled joint that I can eat if I get pulled over. (hint make sure you have a drink with you. It can be hard to choke down and chew with you back teeth so bud doesn't get visible caught in your front teeth)

i agree, however if your under 18 and you get caught for misdemeanors, when you turn 18 you can get them expunged for 50 bucks a charge, not somethin like cultivating tho, misdemeanors only stuff like criminal trespassing, and reckless burning, and threatening and intimidation and (in oregon) possesion marijuana in less than one ounce, criminal mischief, etc etc etc, misdemenaors can get expunged when you turn 18, felonies can not, depending on where you live possesion of any amount of marijuana might be a felony
