I would smoke it if it didn't get me buzzed, but had all the other beneficial medicinal effects. If it didn't have those OR the buzz then no, I wouldn't smoke it; it's gotta have *something* or I might as well smoke catnip, or mow my lawn and smoke that.

No, I wouldnt. Thats the whole point of why I smoke it. It gives me an effect which is better than any other dried plant material that can be smoked :). I just like smoke period, I dunno I guess it calms me, so if marijuana didnt give me an effect I'd probably be only smokin cig's lol.

well let me rephrase, if a pack of joints was the same as a pack of cigarettes, THEN i would, but i wouldn't be paying prices i do now.

but then again, it wouldn't be illegal anymore [atleast i should hope not] and that means the tobacco companies would be jacking it up wtih all kinds of chemicals and it would probably end up being just as, if not more harmful than cigarettes, so i don't know...

i guess the only way i would was if it cost the same as cigarettes, and it was just pure marijuana, no additives or any tricky shit.

If weed was the same price as it is now and had no effect, then no, I would no way in hell smoke it anymore. If it was cheap enough though, I'd probably enjoy a good flavoured THC-less smoke on occasion, but I wouldn't make it a common thing.

why do you assume us who said yes are liars? that statement makes it seem like you think getting high is everything. as someone pointed out, i smoke cigarettes and they do nothing for me other then calm my nerves, why wouldn't i want to trade those in for something that could be safer, better smelling and better tasting?

Yes. I find the smoking itself to be very relaxing and calming. Thats my favorite part! Being high is great, but its like...once I'm done smoking then the fun is kind of over, and now I gotta just be high.
