Greetings, I am back into the buzz after 30 years (1976) AND I LOVE IT:thumbsup: ! Wow things have changed in 30 years but the buz remains the same:D although much harder to find. My first time after my 30 year vacation with the USMC was better than I imagined:smokin: . Now I remember what the freedom thing is all about. All we need to do is change public opinion and state/local laws from a misdemeanor to nothing. I am interested in what you all think about someone 48 years old reverting back to the best of my younger years. Are there any other people my age out there? Boy is it hard to make a connection at my age:confused: I would love to hear from anyone... encourage me so that I may keep trying and enjoy the benefits.

Hey, welcome to the boards.
An interesting question for you.
When you was smoking in '76 was it the bud? Or leaf? or resin?
and also, HAS it got stronger? You know how the government keep harping on about it being stronger than years ago, well is it?

well in my case...u would have been lucky to see any bud...mostly leaves and shit...mind you we had GREAT honey oil back then, as did hash and raw opium....but the week nowadays is miles more superior, and as I have learned from these grow forums...the techniques are highly refined to.:rasta:

I'm not quite your age, but I'm close, in my early 40s. Pretty good time to start smoking again, as so many of the beneficial medicinal effects that are coming to light now probably apply more to the older crowd than to anyone else. Dunno what to say about finding connections though; I have kept my connections over the decades. If I hadn't, I imagine it might not be all that easy to find anyone honest and reliable, especially in my area, which is a bastion of all things conservative. Grow your own, that'd be my suggestion (and that's what I do too). ;)
