to answer your question i dont think its going to be soonn, but were making progress, look at the legelization board... just think about the things going on in your area. i think maybe in the next 10 years, look how long ago prop215 was.... things are slow, but moving.
lol i thought you were asking how much it will be from where ever you'll buy it, like price. heh wow

For real I think it will be legal in the majority of American state in 40 years from now. People cant act ignorant forever. The movent is really getting going now for legalization and though it will take some time, I think it will be legal im at least 40 yrs/.

Ummm..well if Question 7 passes in Nevada, that's 1 down, 49 to go. Obviously, if Nevada works out, other states are going to follow. But, then you have the Federal government, which I have no idea what their long-term intentions are.

Oh, I don't know. There's an awful lot of information about medicinally beneficial aspects of cannabis coming out now. And people kinda don't like getting cancer or Alzheimer's or osteoporosis and such. Even better, all that stuff mainly affects older people, and there's one thing about older people: they vote!
I'll go out on a limb and say...12 years.

Ya, I mean, the government is going to have no choice soon enough. All this positive info on cannabis. Hasn't been a negative study that came out in a while. I think they're still stuck on the 'kill brain cells' gimmick lol. I am very positive it will be less than 10 years.

thank you.... and with everyone just talking and asking....never. with the voice of your opinion being "not in this life, 1 billion years" then never. when you guys get active, and make a diffrence the people who know what we want can do something about it. vote, contact groups of people in your area MAKING a difrence and ask how you can help. if your that set on legalization then be active.

pot will be legal when all thses potheads give off there asses and start voting! i mean come on people, it has nothing to do with when its going to be legal, speakin in linear terms never...if you dont do something about it. it will eventually and im not gonna give you some estimation but soon. evenually all the old republican bastards in congress will fall over dead and bush's evil reign will be over. but before that shit goes down its up to the little man to say YES WE WANT POT. i mean if denver can get it on the ballot from just some kids wanting to make pot penalities the same as alcohol penalities on campus, then surely it cant be that hard to get the same thing going on in other states!? and with more states catching on the medicinal laws ever year, and the success of prop 215 in CA...i hope some of you are getting my drift?
ill tell you this though; the more you guys answer that question with things like "never ever" and "in a billion years"....sorry to say but eventually that'll be true....unless people starting fighting for it!!
so do yourself a favor if your in NV or CO, vote to have legal cannabis in your state! if you are in a state that has medicinal laws help them! if you are in a state that has no decriminalization or medicinal laws then..well..you have some work to do and im sorry but teach your peers about the truth! to say who the hell am i, pots gonna be illegal forever right? as long as the government is around it always will be....THATS JUST STUPID...
start voting and making a difference people...and that question will be answered before you know it.

I'd say, the quickest would be 10 years, and the longest 30 year, so 10-30 years and it should be legal. But I don't know, it could take up to 50 years before its FULLY legal, it may become tolerated, and legal in some STATES for awhile, and be less of a big deal. But eventually I think it will be fully legal. It would be absurd not to be. There will be BIG changes in the future. All the younger people who smoke weed now are gonna grow up and do their part in the war on drugs.

i dont think it will be legal anytime in our future look at it this way people that lived the 70's are the ones who run the country today and its still illegal......

Yeah, but you gotta think. There is still a few people who were around when it was legal. People over 70 were there around the time it was made illegal. 80 and over where born when it was legal. I guess thats kind of a long time, but hey, it was legal WAY longer. Eventually, they'll look back and think "wow I can't believe cannabis was illegal at one point"
I mean hey, alcohol was illegal too, but thats all in the past. Things will change. They have to.

I play it as this... if the american society becomes annoyed with the Republican office, the next election, and seek new means for leadership.. and does a more liberal goverment... within my life time.
+ judging at rates of increase in rally's and state's medical legalization.. then it can be within the next 12 years (hopes)
of course.. thats imo

Never. Ever. It is a very unfortunate fact that the US, and the entire world, is filled with blithering idiots. That's the only reason. Most people are hopelessly stupid. They believe all the lies the government tells them.
All the damn hippies in the 60s thought weed would be legal soon too. Guess what? It's 2006, and it still isn't.

Best wishes of you to get busted, then maybe you would have a more positive outlook on the legalization of it...There's no need for it to be a crime, and who's in college right now? The future leaders of America..And many are using drugs..many know that marijuana is in no way dangerous, and I think with amendment 44 in nevada..if it passes, would be a big step for legalization as well. It's only a matter of time..

Probably never ... even the Dutch are considering changing the "status" of cannabis. Its all being stimulated by the increased link between the super strong skunks and mental illness... or at least they are blaming a lot of mental illness on the new hybrid weeds!! The do-gooders will leap on this, and, combined with the current "stamp out all smoking" rhetoric, weed does not stand a chance!!
