i tripped sooooooo hard today!

okay, so there i was home alone, nothing to do. since i had some bud i deicided to smoke a fat bowl to pass some time. When i go to load my bowl (which was packed so tightly) i look in my bag and find my little vile of salvia about halfway full. having absolutely nothing to do, i decided "what the hell, lets have some salvia today!"

now out in my backyard, im smoking in my pipe and my cat comes to me. i look at my cat and she looks back. then i look straight ahead and i see this foot tall blue cartoon bird thats singing to me. She sings to me for a couple minutes and then my cat meows and tells me to go inside, yes, she actually was talking and said "lets go inside"

in my living room now, im eating leftover birthday cake and flipping through the channels, well guess what, Donnie Darko was on so i decided to watch it. I was tripping so hard i was in the movie talking to donnie and the 6 foot tall rabbit.

so i get bored and then for no reason i start walking up the stairs, my legs were growing and the stairs were moving and getting longer, when i went down the stairs the stairs were so steep, it felt like stepping on air, going straight down


after all that fun, i took a nap:cool:

How long did this last? I took my first salvia hit last night, and got lost in my house, which became a maze-like atmosphere. I know that I didn't get the 'full' effect, but I got a glimpse, and it has made me very hesistant to try it again. I'm kinda scared that sometime when I get drunk I'm gonna be like 'fuck it' and light that shit!

Ya I hear ya, but I just haven't read a single positive trip report on this stuff. Well, yours seemed pretty pleasant, but its the first one I've come across. I've done 4g of shrooms before, so I know what its like to "leave the world". I'm just not a psychedelic person, but got this for free, so I figured why not. I'm not tryna sound like a pussy or scared, but what I experienced last night was very fucked up. Maybe I did get it full-fledged but I'm not sure. Your report doesn't sound like you got it in full, as I've heard you become paralyzed once you get to a certain level.

yea salvia and weed is a....different combination to say the least. For me it just supercharges the weed. I remember once i did a weed salvia mix... wow i was in roccos modern life.

yea MAC, i didnt do all that i could, i still have a lot of salvia left, but recall that i was alone so i couldnt do the whole thing, if i passed out id like to have someone there with me, if someone was with me id probally be still sleeping on the couch

I've heard of it causing an extreme negative reaction with salvia.
But every trip is different, who knows, you might see god.
You can never say for certain whether a salvia trip is going to be good,
sometimes the tiniest miniscule amount of negativity or paranioa can launch you into a nightmare that you have no control over.

no, being confident just makes my high so much chiller, ive noticed, if your skecth then your heart beats faster and you end up getting higher, since i was "confident" (im not sure if thats the right word) i was able to chill out and have a nice high

Yeah I knew that. Still, when you REALLY trip on salvia, confidence isn't really going to help. So much of it is subconscious, a stimulant would probobly only promote extreme paranoia, which, seriously, on Salvia paranoia is HELL. It made NO fucking sense, but I thought that just beyond my door was an entire mountain of snow/fbi agents luring me out to get me. When you trip on salvia, you can't reallly "steer" the trip very well, you just need to be in the right mood/setting before the trip, and hope the purity stays.

Ya, I know that you knew, but Sam didn't. Anyway, I understand what your saying 100%, just figured I'd throw some curiousity out there. All psychedelic drugs are a 'set, setting' thing, I guess. I've had a few beers tonight, and got a good buzz. In the back of my mind I really want to try that shit, but I know its not a good idea, considering no sitter. Salvia is just weird. I've only taken it three times, but every time I forgot I was on salvia and just started wandering around and staring at giant numbers and arms imbedded in walls beckoning me to go somewhere. Maybe someday I'll smoke a big-ass bowl when I have my own house out in the country and I'm not worried about frightening general society. As it is though salvia is just weird, I'm not sure it gives you any sort of useful experience to take back to 'average' reality, but that could be fun too, just, you know, scaring general society would probably be bad for me, short-term in the least

yea man i used to smoke salvia all the time, at the head shop there they have 140x and it comes in a 1/2g package.....okay i was freakin the fuck out on that shit. all the other times ive done salvia like on 40x or 60x it was really fun, but with the 140x i was trippin so hard. i smoked it by my pool and like a minute after i killed the bowl i just started laughing and shit then all the sudden i was doin back flips and shit if felt like i was on a roller coaster. then i open my eyes and i was in a cylinder of water that was rippeling and i would touch it and hear laughter everywhere.i got fuckin luckey though cuz i ended up jumpin in the pool and by luck my friend stopped by and grabbed my ass out of there before i drowned.......so yea only do that shit with a freind.

Ya, I think that 140x is impossible. I forget the reasoning, but I read that even 60x was pushing it. Ya, so I got a little drunk the other night....took a hit....I was watching Fresh Prince...layed on my bed, let my hit out...then I was gone.









6 minutes later, I came back. I really don't remember what happened (maybe cuz of the alcohol), but it was kind of enjoyable, I know that. I walked over to the computer, and the screen became 3-D, and it was like I was looking at the top of the thread names...weird.
